English College exhibition explores memory, martyrs and mission

Mgr. Philip Whitmore, rector of Rome's Venerable English College, talks about the history that continues to inspire seminarians today

The free exhibition in the crypt of the seminary showcases artefacts, documents and relics recalling three important moments for the life of the Church today: the 900th anniversary of the birth of St Thomas of Canterbury, the 450th anniversary of the opening of the English College in Douai, and the bicentenary of the re-opening of the Venerable English College in Rome
