Pope’s upcoming itinerary in Bangladesh
Pope Francis who is on the second leg of his Nov. 27-Dec. 2 apostolic visit to Myanmar and Bangladesh, Friday morning celebrated Holy Mass at the Suhrawardy Udyan Park Friday morning, during which he ordained 16 priests.
In the afternoon, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was to pay a courtesy visit the Holy Father at the Apostolic Nunciature. The Pope then was to leave for a visit to St. Mary’s Cathedral and hold two meetings at the nearby Archbishop’s House - with the bishops of Bangladesh at the home for elderly priests, and an Inter-religious and Ecumenical Meeting for Peace in the garden.

07:45 – Private Mass at the Apostolic Nunciature
10:00 - Private visit to the “House of Mother Teresa” next to the Holy Rosary Church in Dhaka’s Tejgaon neighbourhood
10:45- Meeting with priests, religious, consecrated persons, seminarians and novices at the Holy Rosary Church - Address of the Holy Father
11:45- Visit to the parish cemetery and the ancient Holy Rosary Church
15:20 – Meeting with young people in the Notre Dame College of Dhaka - Address of the Holy Father
16:45 – Official farewell at Dhaka International Airport
17:05 - Departure by air for Rome’s Ciampino Airport
23:00 - Arrival in Rome-Ciampino.
