On the second anniversary of Pope Francis’ arrival at World Youth Day in Krakow, we relive some of the highlights from the 31st WYD.
On July 27, 2016, Pope Francis arrived in Krakow, Poland to celebrate the 31st World Youth Day with young people from around the world, under the theme: “Blessed are the merciful, for they will find mercy.”
The Holy Father called upon young people to leave their mark on the world, and teach adults “to live together in diversity.”
