Vatican Radio archive and app share rich heritage
By Devin Watkins
The Dicastery for Communication, Vatican News’ parent organization, has created an archive which gives access to all articles ever published on the website of Vatican Radio.
The archive stretches back to April 2005, and contains material published through December 2017, when the Vatican News portal was launched.
A Google search for “Vatican Radio” will take you to a disambiguation page.
The archive can also be found at the link: http://www.archivioradiovaticana.va/
It was created to recall Vatican Radio’s rich heritage of reliable journalism, and provides access to material in over 30 languages.
Vatican Radio App
The Vatican Radio App is just one more way the Dicastery for Communication is spreading reliable news about the Pope, the Vatican, and the Church in the world.
The app provides quick-and-easy access to live radio broadcasts and archived podcasts in 6 languages.
Search “Radio Vaticana” on the App Store for iPhone or the Play Store for Android systems.
