What women are saying about the Synod

Experts from 5 continents - with various competencies and perspectives - are meeting until 2 October in the Italian city of Frascati, near Rome, to elaborate the Document of the second stage of the synodal process 2021-2023, known as the continental stage of the Synod, and thus continue the process of discernment, dialogue and listening.

In collaboration with the General Secretariat of the Synod, David Costa, a young videographer from Costa Rica, explores the unprecedented experience of the General Secretariat of the Synod, and offers a series of videos throughout this preparatory phase.

The voice of women

In this third video, Philomena, Anne, Susane, Maike, Gill, Brigit - some of the 14 women present in Frascati - tell us how the topic of women is presented in the synthesis received by the General Secretariat of the Synod and send a message to all women in our communities.
