Cardinal Tagle speaks about “Share the Journey” with migrants

In a video interview, Cardinal Antonio Luis Tagle, the president of Caritas Internationalis talks about “Share the Journey”, a worldwide campaign that Pope Francis and Caritas launched on 27 September, 2017.  The campaign that will run until 2019,  aims to promote the “culture of encounter” by reaching out to migrants, changing perceptions, opening hearts and minds, and strengthening the bonds that unite people.

Caritas Internationalis, the global confederation of 165 national Catholic development agencies, is holding the “Global Week of Action” from 17-24 June, as part of the “Share the Journey” campaign.

Cardinal Tagle spoke to Alessandro Gisotti of Vatican News about migration, the “Share the Journey”, the “Global Week of Action” and other related issues.
